Fun with Melissa!

Melissa came to hang out with the family a couple nights ago and we all had a blast! Hunter thought is was great - he had a new play buddy!!! He had so much fun playing blocks with her and tackling her too. It was a sight to see! Evan had fun too - spitting up on Melissa's leg was fun enough for him. His smile was so big all night long! I loved it! Melissa seemed to have fun too, she even offered to babysit the boys. We will be using that offer for sure! Christian even got in on the fun. It was a wonderful evening and I am looking forward to doing it again soon.

Fantasyland

We headed out to Fantasyland a few nights ago. Sadly to say, Hunter did not have as good of a time as he did last year but we made the best of it. Evan loved all the lights and moving Christmas figures. It was wonderful to see his eyes moving all around gazing at everything and then the smiles that followed - priceless! If only Hunter would have enjoyed it more the trip would have been near perfect. There is always next year.

Evan loves his Nana!

These are just adorable pictures of Evan with his Nana. Boy, this little boy sure does love her a lot! We are incredibly lucky to have her right next door too. Hunter is pretty smitten with her as well. We all love our Nana!!!!

The Addiction Starts Early!!!

Hunter has been addicted to matchbox cars and cars in general for at least 2 years now. Well, it seems as if Evan is right behind him! Hunter decided to share his beloved cars with Evan and Evan loved them!!!! Hunter was not thrilled about the drool all over his yellow car but we rinsed it off and everything is fine.

Gummie Smile.....

Evan's gummie smile is no more. :( Evan has his first tooth!!! This is a great milestone for him but at the same time kinda sad for me. This means he is really growing up. It is all happening too fast. I wish I could keep him small forever or at least for a while longer. I really liked his gummie smile. He would hand them out all the time! He still smiles a lot but there is this little white thing starting to show. It is just not the same as the gummie ones. Oh well. Yay for Evan's first tooth!!!!

Vegeholic!!!

Evan LOVES his veggies!!! He is a vegeholic in my honest opinion! The only two veggies that he is not to excited about are peas and carrots. He will tolerate carrots but cannot stand peas. He LOVES squash, sweet potatoes and most of all green beans!! This is a very good thing and I hope it continues. I seriously cannot get the spoon into his mouth fast enough! Now, if only I could get Hunter to eat something other than baby carrots or grape tomatoes then we would be all set. Hey, at least he eats those two veggies, right?
This coming Saturday we get to start Evan on fruits and I am sure those will be a big hit too!

100% Done!!!!

I am 100% done Christmas shopping and have been for about a week now!!! I must admit it feels great!!! That is one major thing off my list. The house is also completely decorated minus the Christmas tree. We plan on getting one in 2 weeks. So, now that all the shopping and decorating are done I need to tackle the Christmas cards and wrap all the presents. I love this time of the year!!! I am so excited about Christmas morning because Hunter is thrilled about it this year!!! He actually asks me over and over about Santa!!! Not to mention, it is Evan's first Christmas too. I love being a mom!!!
